The most famous wanton noodle brand is probably the Mak name as it was believed Mr. Mak brought this to Hong Kong from his hometown in Guangdong. His decedents opened many noodle shops with the Mak name on their shops. Along Parkes Road in Jordan there are 2 - https://goo.gl/maps/XvpSKxcYQnKwA3KT7 So which is better? Lets start with this As usual Mak's noodles comes in a small bowl with 4 wantons The soup is sweet and heavily flavoured, the wanton is full of prawns, noodle is thin and springy, I'd say its cooked to perfection Next door This sous is lightly flavoured, wanton is larger and the marinate is more flavourful, noodle is slightly bigger than the first If one likes a heavier flavoured soup the first shop is the choice and noodles is thin and perfect too. But if wanton is important to you I'd say go for the second shop. Hell, just do both you will be happy. HK$36 per bowl.

Actually its not that expensive, let's minus 2,000 baht from this because I bought 8 bottles of beer for the chefs. Big bottles so should be only 14,170 there about.
