Wednesday after more than 400km of driving from door to door trying to sell screws at upcountry of Thailand time to have a nice Isaan dinner Nice spacious restaurant Waiting whole day for this Start with a somtam of course and gaiyang Gave me lots of raw vegetables Then the tomsaeb Then comes the larb moo with more raw veges This is how you should have lard, the old Isaan way My dinner with 4 bottles of Chang Love dinner like this

@Huat Zai thank you for sharing this knife. Looks like a very practical tool for the kitchen love the design and simplicity. Wish can get one, will look out for it. You into kitchen knives? Share with you one. Last year got a Nesmuk Janus while in Germany first look fell in love with it immediately. Hand crafted and finished with hard-carbon coating on top of niobium steel I believe it will last a very long time if I use it daily but I have too many to use so will use it occasionally so far used it 3 times. Again this is very simple in design, very well balanced excellent for slicing and light chopping, the lightness is something that has to get use to. Just uploaded this to show you
