I found a damn good aircon service company. chemical wash 4 fan coil for 200 bucks. best is just after he left, I saw some leaking of water. he rushed back and did a high pressure flush. no leaks for 3 months. Then I call for my 3 monthly service, he charges me 25 bucks per. no leaks so far. Got to use him again for my new BTO soon. Need a good contractor soon. The one I used for current place was young chap that left his company. so gave him a chance. but quality of his contractors not so great. so anyone with lobangs - good and not necessary must be super cheap - please recommend
