There are many la ..   Cloudflare, Google, Quad9, Adguard, OpenDNS ..   Even Mullvad has DNS where you can use specific type of blockers https://mullvad.net/en/help/dns-over-https-and-dns-over-tls   But Cloudflare usually fastest resolving. If you run your own caching DNS even better So many choices - can decice what works best for you - speed/privacy/tracking/downtime parameters
