Carrick wasn't backed properly. He should be given a fair shot.    Nevertheless all good fans know he is the only one that truly cares, that's why we sang his name. But the idiots thought we wanted him to continue.   He is trying to behave like Sir Alex, all vibes and let the coaches run training.  Not much focus on systems of play and tactics. But Sir Alex worked with serial winners who did not need much direction. We were full of winners and leaders in the dressing room back then.
