The project contract ofc will be awarded to Sinkie company - who will put Sinkie PM and Sinkie staff to attend meeting but everything else will come from special talents   We not enough talents in SG to do these jobs cos after 1 successful project, people already want jump higher in organisation or want higher salary - company how to make $$ from existing contract
