please ppl, go see a dentist  say kiasee is 6month once for checking if not best 1yr once, for scaling and polishing  + checking.   me drag to 1.6yr for scaling and polishing  + checking. now after moving to poly (2yr ago), i do  scaling and polishing  + checking every 9 to 12mth i go for scaling and polishing  + checking. for over 10y and at least 5 visit sure got tooth cavity. and ask me if i will to filling (of course yes la) so ppl remember go scaling and polishing  + checking is important, it may have no pain, but only a checkup can tell if there really a problem   like last visit, the arrow in red, the dentist told me there a dark spot here, he say the dark spot could be  air pocket or tooth decay or bacteria. he say next vist (1yr later) then can recheck confirm again
