Context: primary school friend who seldom keeps in contact. Recently asks to borrow money because he got retrenched and wife needs surgery.   Said he found new job already but funds quite tight. Ask me to lend him some money and he will pay me back next month after receiving COL payout.   What reason do I give to reject?
