He was rushed to Kwong Wah Hospital, where he was subsequently pronounced dead. The flat itself was found in a heavily disordered state.   ### Investigation Findings & Context  * **The Meet-up:** Police inquiries and local media reports indicate that the deceased and four other men had connected via the gay dating and social app **Grindr**.    * **The Party:** The group is suspected to have gathered to engage in "chemsex" (using controlled substances to enhance sexual activity).    * **The Escalation:** During the gathering, the 33-year-old victim allegedly became highly agitated and began attacking other individuals present. This altercation prompted some of the participants to quickly dress and flee the apartment. When the police initially arrived, only the deceased and the flat's resident were inside.    * **Evidence Seized:** Inside the apartment, the Mong Kok District Crime Squad seized a variety of suspected controlled substances, including:      * Methamphetamine ("Ice")    * Ketamine    * Cannabis    * Liquid GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyrate)    * Sildenafil (commonly known as Viagra)   ### Arrests Made Four men have been detained in connection with the case:    1. **Surnamed Ho (35):** The tenant of the flat who reportedly lives alone. Authorities allege he frequently hosted multi-partner, drug-fuelled gatherings at the apartment. He was arrested on suspicion of **drug trafficking**.    2. **Surnamed Chan (58):** Arrested on suspicion of **consuming or injecting dangerous drugs** after he returned to the scene later on.    3. **Surnamed Lee (53):** Arrested following overnight inquiries in To Kwa Wan on suspicion of **consuming or injecting dangerous drugs**.    4. **Surnamed Lo (48):** Arrested in Ngau Tau Kok on suspicion of **consuming or injecting dangerous drugs**.   The Mong Kok District Crime Squad is continuing its investigation to establish the exact sequence of events, determine the precise cause of death, and evaluate the allegations of physical assault before the victim collapsed.
