I've been using M1 for donkey years with cloudflare DNS. So far ok. I noticed when they had issues it's DNS so using cloudflare.
Prolly won't get 10Gbps in real use. Usually only to those speedtest servers to make you feel good. Actual servers for streaming shows etc won't serve you at those speed and you won't need that speed for smooth streaming.
And your hardware prolly can't support 10G or even 5 unless you upgrade.
1Gbps is already more than enough for most family usage.
Maybe think if you want to pay more for more performance you won't actually experience? Usually it's just a bit more because ISP is smart at pricing and marketing.
Also check stability/downtime. Go NK search to get a rough idea.
