    • Hundreds of AI-generated Chinese-language YouTube videos have been targeting Singapore and Prime Minister Lawrence Wong as part of an ongoing disinformation campaign. Seven in 10 videos attack Wong specifically, fabricating narratives about his leadership role being under threat and spreading conspiracy theories about political infighting in Singapore. The videos have racked up millions of views since surfacing late last year, though experts suggested that bot traffic or automation could be responsible. In aggregate, these videos represent one of the largest and most persistent public campaigns against Singapore in recent years.   https://www.scmp.com/news/asia/southeast-asia/article/3344522/singapore-prime-minister-attacked-hundreds-chinese-language-fake-ai-videos
    • A resident in Little India lodged a police report after a man was seen allegedly taking photos outside her flat without her permission. Stomper Anonymous, who lives in a flat at Kitchener Road, said the incident occurred on Feb 7 at about 12.48pm. She said a man in a green shirt was seen using his phone outside her unit and appeared to be sending the images via WhatsApp, based on what she could see on his screen from her camera footage.   A video shared with Stomp shows two men and a boy stopping outside the flat.   The man in green is seen taking out his phone and pointing it towards the door before the trio continues walking down the corridor.   "He is not a delivery guy, just taking photos," she said. "If he needed clarification, he could have just knocked." She added that she does not know what the WhatsApp messages were about. She subsequently made a police report on Feb 8. In a copy of the report seen by Stomp, she stated her window had been open at the time and the incident caused her "significant distress and concern for my safety". Anonymous told Stomp that the men did not approach or communicate with her directly. She said she had seen the man in green once, while another man in a pink shirt had been spotted outside her unit on several occasions. According to her, the man in pink had previously touched her camera in what she described as a joking manner. "But I don't find it funny that he played with my camera," she said. In response to a Stomp query, the police confirmed a report was lodged.
