Ghee you can keep outside in cool place le, no need store inside refrigerator. It will stop being a golden liquid in the 20-25C range. Coconut oil also similar, but think it solifies around 10-15C

i fridge it when ready to use then bring out. so far no spoil or grow thing when fridge then take out   me test this cause wanted to make at least 10 to 15 bottle of  32oz ghee
