update:
temple street all is round bottom wok. but wok is cheap 18 to 36 (qua look lousy or 3.5 of 10 point)
i know why carbon steel wok so many color, like silver, black, grey, blueish
grey usually is nitriging
black, blueish is pre season/ heat treated (oxidized) wok, no need to burn coating off wok, just need to do soap wash(when first use) then build on top of the factory preseason. how factory build no one will know
silver is raw metal color, mean need to use wash, burn off the coating then season
and to add, it if doesn't come in a silvery-gray color, it mean it's already been processed or treated in some way (black, blueish wok ).
processed or treated can heat treated, Polished, oxidized it (aka heat treatment to create a protective oxide layer before seasoning)
