No longer has the jhk contact.   I think for a small job, any qualified plumber is ok. Question is whether he has the time and is his price reasonable.   Those that sub jobs from ID usually will not have time unless your job is small and near one of their projects. They may do that to give workers a small bonus.    So likely the ones that can and will do for you are handyman type. Those charge a lot as their jobs not planned and guaranteed. Usually they are jhk with a Singapore number. So you think you are calling someone here but he will drive his junk van down to do the job.   Not cheap.
