Police said they received a call for assistance at Block 622A Punggol Central at around 8pm. The Singapore Civil Defence Force said the man was taken conscious to Changi General Hospital. There was a trail of blood about 100m long between Block 622A and Block 622B, reported Chinese-language daily Shin Min Daily News. Pictures taken by Shin Min also show blood spattered on the floors of a lift, lift landing, void deck and a stairway wall. By 11pm on Nov 26, the police had removed the cordon, but more than 10 police and Criminal Investigation Department officers were at the scene, reported Shin Min.
