It just shows the stupidity of the ground staff! What worst is he's Business Class Pax! On the hind side, maybe he keeps complaining to Emirates he has nothing to clean himself with! If i ma not wrong, most airlines would give a voucher to pax with missing baggage for them to buy necessities!
