You into kitchen knives? Share with you one. Last year got a Nesmuk Janus while in Germany first look fell in love with it immediately. Hand crafted and finished with hard-carbon coating on top of niobium steel I believe it will last a very long time if I use it daily but I have too many to use so will use it occasionally so far used it 3 times. Again this is very simple in design, very well balanced excellent for slicing and light chopping, the lightness is something that has to get use to.

I'm actually more into combat knives, but it's hard to get a bowie without raising a few flags..

Hmmm ok. I am not into combat knife however I have been looking into getting a kukri if you have a good recommendation please let me know. British army standard issue will be great.
