Stomper Jason alerted Stomp to the incident and shared a video he took from his home at an opposite facing block at about 10.30am. "They were quarrelling after they collided," said Jason. "The guy ripped his shirt off like an angry wrestler before I started recording the video." In the video, the man is seen picking up the woman's bike and throwing it forcefully back onto the ground.
