Went Redhill Market for dinner. Friend wanted to eat the famous curry rice Colour of the curry a bit dark not look like the normal Hainanese curry rice curry which is lighter in colour. Taste of the curry powder is a little strong once again don't small like the usual Hainanese curry which is more fragrant. Pork chop is too hard. I not recommend. I had fishball noodle at this stall https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3yRhXY-OQRQ This is very good Generous with the wonderful lard Ordered with extra fish cake and fishballs total is only $4 (normal $3)

When one is on the road as a travelling salesman from town to town, simple food is all one can find most of the time, nothing fanciful. But then its always the simple food that makes one feel good and fulfilling, like comfort food. However each country, society, culture has its own comfort food. For me here a bowl of hot boiled rice anytime is always comforting. The food stall by the highway Today having simple boiled rice and an omelette Thai omelette is always fluffy and crispy on the outside Soft and moist inside (today's omelette is stuffed with minced pork) All these for 50 baht or $2.20

If life is not easy, its ok, as long as life is happy. As a travelling screw salesman yes life is not easy, sometimes its hard, however be positive look forward to a better tomorrow. Just completed a tough day, its just passed midnight and you are on the way to the salesman motel. Just had too much drinks with customers, needed something hot before retiring to bed. Found a noodle shop in front of a 7-Eleven but next to a happening pub had a hot noodle supper https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4PizFvFhYQ Kway teow noodle Motel is just 2 mins drive away, finally arrived at motel, got registered and went to the simple room Goodnight, its about time
