What Indon do is similar to what Msian do. When we sell the treated water back they also want to get free from this ransom. Basically they want to reduce dependence on Spore so during contract negotiations there are no ransom leverage in discussion. I think this is normal as Spore also do the same e.g we sourced our food from many places not just Msia for vegetables etc

Even if the tray is wiped that cloth I doubt is clean most likely will be a multi-purpose cloth for everything. Those cleaning ladies uncles when customer leave you all got see the cloth they use? It is reused and colour look dark
