This is to be expected when you relocate to another country. Just because it is so in your own country, doesn't mean another country has the same exact thing.    First thing off she used gallon, that's an imperical unit. We use SI unit here. Next she going to complain why speed is km/h and not miles per hour? Or why fuel is not sold be the gallons here?
