The food court is in the Chai Chee industrial park and it's quite deep inside. Other than workers in the industrial park who doesn't want to take the walk outside to the kopitiams at the nearby HDB, no HDB folks in their right mind will walk in to eat those overpriced food. 

She's the most useless ministar ever other than small space teo.
