- Date of incident: Thursday, 13 August 2026 — Xinmin Secondary School (Hougang)
- Trigger: A note claiming there was a bomb was found by a teacher in a Secondary 3 classroom
- 08:20 am: Singapore Police Force (SPF) alerted to the threat
- 08:28–08:30 am: School activated emergency procedures; all students & staff evacuated to the school field in an orderly manner
- Police & school personnel conducted a full search of the premises — NO suspicious items found
- Normal lessons resumed later that day
