me for once, dont really care if hawker culture die, we should be open to new  citizen to replace the current hwaker culture mala, Dumplings, Zha Jiang Mian, Mapo Tofu, Mala Crawfish,  Beijing Lamb Spine Hot Pot,Si Wei Mao Cai can replace SG current  local hwaker cuture as the new local hwaker cuture

Local hawkers average age is now 60. 5 years after getting UNESCO and another 5 years later almost no more local hawkers already. Govt tried to organize training for new hawkers 566 trainees from open stall till now left only 16 still surviving. For the transfer skill to new gen, only 6 old hawkers willing to transfer skills and only 4 in progress now Shows you how failure it is for the govt to retain hawker culture, all dying from the high rental.
