- Location: Serangoon Road outside Boon Keng MRT station, later also Bendemeer Road
- Outcome: 10 people aged 24–80 were each issued a $50 composition fine for jaywalking. At least 20 people attempted or committed jaywalking before being stopped; officers also advised others to use proper crossings.
- Observed cases: A couple jaywalked even when an officer was less than 30m away; an elderly woman was stopped but jaywalked minutes later; another elderly woman crossed with her helper despite being advised against it. After officers left, 6 people were seen jaywalking in just 10 minutes.
