Score range: 20–80
(Higher score = greater perceived loneliness)
🟢 20–34 → Low Loneliness
You generally feel socially connected.
Occasional loneliness may happen (which is normal).
You likely feel you have meaningful relationships.
🟡 35–49 → Moderate Loneliness
You sometimes feel isolated or left out.
Social needs may not always be fully met.
Could reflect life transitions (moving, job change, breakups, etc.).
🟠 50–64 → Moderately High Loneliness
Frequent feelings of disconnection.
You may feel misunderstood or lack close companionship.
This level is often associated with increased stress or low mood.
🔴 65–80 → High Loneliness
Persistent feelings of isolation.
Strong sense of lacking meaningful connection.
Often linked with depression, anxiety, or social withdrawal.
