this is how i overcome the rust on my fake ss304. i paint  a layer of hard coating (design for tiles at toilet with water proofing problem)   why i painted it, cause after the kichten cab delivered, within 2 week,  the sink rust liao. no choice to remove rust (autosol)  and clean off all oil and dust then coated this   you can see the painted with coating and without       this is after 1.9yr. the coated still strong and not a single rust
