Huh!!    I was ranting when i bough my Ipad pro 11" 4th Gen >1 yr ago about this cellular issue.  I looked up apple support online then and it says i need an iphone to pair with.    Let me look into this again. Thanks for the tip🙏!  Hope it can works this time.
