    • Pei Chung kena trashed     Police in New York City are holding a woman in custody who has been accused of dining at multiple upscale restaurants and then refusing to pay for her lavish meals.  Pei Chung, 35, has been arrested and banned from restaurants at least seven times since late October, according to police records.   Feels like something not quite right up there lol
    • Five boys who threw food and burned wooden chopsticks at Family Mookata's Yishun outlet on Nov. 23, 2025 went back to apologise in person the next day. According to a Family Mookata Facebook post on Nov. 24, the boys apologised sincerely and took responsibility for their actions. Unacceptable behaviour   According to Family Mookata's Facebook first post on the matter, five boys took a tray of the outlet's eggs and ice pops, threw them at each other, ruined the food and burned wooden chopsticks at around 6pm to 6:30pm on Nov. 23. The post also stated that the Yishun outlet's surveillance footage successfully captured the boys' faces. Describing their behaviour as "completely unacceptable", the post also said: "We know exactly who you are."   Apology or police report   In light of the boys' actions, Family Mookata said in the post that it expected the boys to speak with them by Nov. 24.     The post said: "The purpose of this is for you to apologise to our staff and to compensate for the items and property that were damaged or ruined." The post added that if the boys chose not to come forward, Family Mookata would have no choice but to make a police report. "The choice is yours," the post read.   Apologised in person   After this Facebook post, Family Mookata posted an update on Nov. 24 night. It stated that the boys responsible stepped forward, apologised sincerely and took responsibility for their actions. "As a mother myself, with our brand built around family values, we believe in second chances and learning moments," the post read.     "We have chosen to forgive them and we hope this experience helps them grow into better young men."
