The mesh and paper I try liao. It don't work for me. Pour a bit the kopi paper stop.... The mesh, super fine soils also goes in.   I will try the let it rest for 1hr then top 60% for storage and the rest to use since the milk solid will be there     I alway hot pour in jar cause it can help vacuum seal it.   Based on prepper, ghee  can't store for long, my long mean above 10yr.   Fridge/open shelf and seal max 2 yr     Freezer is forever but I will need a big freezer
