No. Like I said earlier, after you cook down the whole thing, turn off the stove and leave it to rest for 1-2hrs. The milk solids will settle at the bottom. After that, decant from the top or use a ladle and store in jars. When you get to the bottom, warm up the ghee + solids again - this will make the solids release some more of the absorbed ghee - then pass it through a paper filter. Buy a 100pack "coffee filter" pack from Daiso, Carouhell or Lazada. Leave it to filter for 30mins - 1hr cos it will be slow. Then just throw the paper away with a little bit of the solids collected.
Paper filter is easier cos .. don't need waste time and $$ cleaning up simi cheesecloth If want to keep reusing, can consider just getting a large cotton handkerchief instead of cheesecloth.
In the jar, whatever super tiny milk solids are remaining will settle at the bottom. So when you take out spoon by spoon - it won't affect anything. Label and store them outside. No need spend electricity store pure fat in a refrigerator or freezer.
