Think you use vlan better than subnet in your case   1 vlan for IOT devices (non-CCTV) - and connect them to 2.4ghz band 1 vlan for TV and entertainment device - connect to 5ghz band 1 vlan for PC/laptop/phone 1 vlan for CCTVs 1 vlan for Guest network (for visitors)   Prefer Asus wifi routers for this - Asus RT-AX86U Pro, RT-AX88U Pro .. there are a few others. Not very sure about others. TP-Link also has, but not familiar with the features on their models.
