Don't have that Anova machine, but just use vacuum sealed meat and put inside multi-cooker pot at warm setting for long time. Like that is fake low-ses sous vide Then later take out sear on hot pan jiak .. and use the sous vide juice to make 2 spoons sauce. Multi cooker/Instant Pot a bit more energy efficient w/ cooking like this. Pork or beef cut can set at 65-70C and keep immersed for 3-4 hrs - liddat quite nice.
