Isn't this the first thing one would check before even considering to purchase? Or these buyers think JB is Sinkieland and same rules as Sinkieland condo purchases apply there?   If don't have in writing then no point crying .. can try luck w/ their courts and see if something can be worked out with developer - though I doubt.

my guess going to school that fopcus on religious , he speak same so easier for integration (me speak chinese and english, i dont think it will work well for me) and the Bumi status
