How to find this type of leader?

 

The greatest leaders are indeed very intelligent, but they are also wise enough to know that no one person can know everything, and so they surround themselves with smart people that are willing to disagree with them, so they can hear differing points of view. Then they need to have enough courage to push their ego aside and pick the best option, regardless of who thought of it.
