But i throw in another tip Try making egg cups in muffin tray. You can create different varieties with toppings like cheese, minced meat, chopped mushrooms, veggies etc on top of the beaten egg mixture, add a little seasoning and bake in oven Healthier as well Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
