Toilet paper dispenser should have facial recognition like in China .. After done, the paper dispenser scans your face and issues 1foot roll of paper, then you want a second one have to scan face again. Need wait 20s before machine will dispense paper 2. 

 

To go insai toilets, must also scan face. If not female, cannot go insai female toilet. Only kids and shorties exempt from scanning.
