America is a constitutional republic not a democracy

constitution under 10th Amendment:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.


which mean the Supreme Court did not take any one’s rights away, Supreme Court returned the power to the states where it belongs. Too bad it took 50 years to uphold the constitution.



in short all the 50 states are free to allow or ban abortion. depending on the representatives they voted for
