The_King Posted May 2, 2021 Share Posted May 2, 2021 Two disgruntled neighbours of a HDB building are engaged in a verbal warfare with notices being pasted in public, calling out each other. It isn’t clear who fired the first shot, but the first notice called out a resident for pouring water out of his/her service yard and causing the clothes hung outside to dry, to become drenched.
