Before leaving for Busan on Christmas day went to a restaurant near hotel KImchi soup Rice bimbibap The meal

Christmas eve tooka a walk around some bars and pubs area and found this local restaurant Steamed egg Dinner Kimchi soup Ginseng chicken soup Stuffed with sticky rice Pan fry pork in kimchi

Went Myeongdong for walk again for street food

Went to a traditional restaurant serving Korean chicken soup for lunch Menu on the wall - there's only 1 main dish to order which is s hot pot chicken Inside the restaurant Comes the hotpot Added some noodles Nice chicken with chili

Chanced upon this very local fried chicken joint Glad its local cos everything is original Korean Fruits platter Soya sauce fried chicken Sweet and sour sauce fried chicken

Taking a walk around Dongdaemun, mostly modern shopping buildings Took a very nice walk at this canal

More of Myeongdong, very interesting places but it seems that shops are selling repeated items as if they are selling the same thing Then there is a stretch of street food, again many stalls selling the same thing

Was told Myeongdong is a shopping paradise so went to take a walk there Saw a noodle shop so went in Full house and crowded have to wait for a table Although its full house orders come very quickly like in less than 5mins Lunch Meat and vegetable dumplings Noodle soup Soft and delicious Cold green noodle ion thick sauce Flavourful and fragrant This is one of the best noodle I have eaten.

Arriving late into Seoul had a late dinner near hotel, a Korean BBC restaurant The boss actually do the BBQing for us, nice guy Beef ribs and stomach and intestines Kinchi pancake Soup

On the way here TG is already serving Korean meals Main Snack before landing

Last minute decision to spend Christmas in Seoul and Busan so came in on 22nd. Merry Christmas everyone in a Jazz bar in downtown Seoul

Night Osaka

After spending 2 nights in Arima it was time to get back to Osaka All lit up on Shinsaibashi Dinner was sukiyaki but first the sake Starters Sashimi Main course, sukiyaaki set The kobe Broth Cooking the meat Dipping into raw egg Finally rice Dessert, bun freshly made Filled with vanilla ice-cream and red bean paste, great dessert

Our second night in Arima onsen was met with another traditional Japanese dinner but first with the Japanese flower arrangement, really sweet Menu for the evening Another server came to server ion our room Drive for the evening Starters Sashimi Tofu and fish for soup The soup More sake Kobe for dinner Finally sushi Stewed fish head Lobster tempura Miso soup and pickle Fruits
