After a quick breakfast at the hotel took me about 7 minutes to arrive at the Wuhan Station for my ride back to Beijing to catch my flight back to Bangkok

and just before arrival was given lunch

Next morning wake up early had a quicl breakfast iun hotel and hurry to the Wuhan train station which is only 400m walk away from hotel

After work a local friend came to meet me brought me for Wuhan restaurant dinner,
When you order beer it comes in many
Friend ordered 5 dishes, first is spinach
Meatball in fish soup really savoury and delicious

Drink and drive is very serious crime in China and often have roadblocks, so you could use your WeChat app to call for a driver who arrives in less than 5mins with an electric foldable bike

Next day took a train to Wuhan for my work and here is my ride

They even give you slippers

Did a 60 hours trip recently to Wuhan
Flew in the morning Bangkok to Beijing. Beijing traffic at 5pm is terrible worst than Bangkok.
Anyway walked tolook for dinner and chanced upon crowds having street food

Finally got what I want, delicious grilled mutton

FINALLY! Today I got a chance to use the new terminal in the Suvarnabhimbi Airport.
If you are familiar with this airport this is a video showing getting to the new terminal after immigration at the old terminal. Hope it helps.

While in Thailand if you are craving for Singapore food you really have to cook it yourself. This is my prawn noodle

All over Thailand one can find many delicious and clean street food. One of my favourite but rare item is bitter gourd chicken noodle or in Thai will be "kway teow gai mara"
It is basically noodles (of your choice) in soya sauce chicken soup with pieces of chicken boiled in soya sauce. At a side table are raw vegetables (including thin slices of bitter gourd of course) and sauces for customers to add themselves into the bowl of their noodle. Let me show you.

The said table with raw vegetables and sauces here you can find from left to right - Thai basil, bitter gourd, bean sprouts. From top to bottom - sour chili sauce, sugar, roasted chili flakes, un-roasted chili flakes, crushed peanuts.

Yesterday was Saturday. Morning went to the market to buy some eggs and prawns and some vegetables for the new week ahead. Stopped for coffee and eggs for breakfast

Finally the last meal before catching the flight in the afternoon was Singapore chicken rice. We went to the Stirling Road Market and at a Singapore chicken rice stall known as Sin Kee

Dinner on Sunday was planned at Tiong Bahru's Ting Heng Seafood Restaurant
Upon arrival was met with a surprise. As Sunday was the 16th day of the first month of the new year it is also the birthday of the monkey god as Taoists believe. Directly opposite the restaurant is the monkey god temple. On arrival there was a procession, really interesting, not seen this for decades so this was the scene there

As we had only 3 nights in Singapore our first dinner was at Holy Crab located in Cathay's Kempinski Hotel

One day we took a walk to Suntec City mall and ventured into the food court
Many choices but decided to have Yong Tau Foo from this stall

Arrived at the Beijing hotel (which I did not sleep there the night before as I was in Wuhan) took a shower and reqady to leave for the airport
Barely 48 hours arriving in Beijing and its time to leave
