    • Behavioral & Non-Verbal Analysis    * Eye Darting / Look Up: Between 00:00 and 00:03, eyes briefly dart upwards and side-to-side before establishing forward focus. Eye movements shift downward toward notes around 00:04-00:07, 00:10-00:11, 00:16-00:21, and 00:34-00:36 during speech transition points.    * Eye Blinking: Normal, controlled blink rate across the sequence without pronounced rapid-blinking clusters.    * Nasal Flare / Scorn: No active nasal flaring or micro-expressions of scorn/disdain detected. Facial posture maintains a calm, firm parliamentary tone.    * Shoulder Shrugs: Minimal to absent. Posture remains stationary and centered behind the podium.    * Lip Compression & Lip Pursing: Slight lip pressing occurs around 00:03 and 00:22 during natural pauses between statements.    * Tongue Jutting: No visible tongue jutting.    * Self-Protecting / Self-Soothing Gestures: Hands are held together below the microphone line near 00:00-00:02 and resting near the podium/notes around 00:34-00:36. These function as structured baseline anchor gestures standard in public speaking rather than reactive defensive posturing.   Non-Verbal Misalignment Analysis  * Timestamp 00:29 – 00:32: While stating "I am proud of all our mayors...", the vocal delivery is emphatic and steady. However, head movement switches from forward engagement to a downward look toward speech notes right as the statement concludes around 00:33-00:35. This indicates scripted transition behavior rather than emotional incongruence.   This short video captures PM Lawrence Wong defending the role of Singapore's mayors in Parliament.
