Why aircon material the copper pipe thickness not the same with the official recommendation?

For R32 gas, the recommendation is the copper pipe should not be thinner then 0.8mm, so the material should be SWG21 (0.81mm) but many aircon company give SWG22 which is 0.71mm

 

anyone have know the reason?

Thickness of copper pipes used R32 must be more than 0.8mm. Never use copper pipes thinner than 0.8mm.

For connection piping, use copper phosphate seamless pipes (1220T) as regulated in "JIS H 3300" and the pipe
thickness is 0.8 mm.
In the market, there are some pipes of 0.7 mm thickness, but do not use these pipes (0.8 mm thickness has to be strictly followed).

aircon company give SWG22 but the manufacturer recommend SWG21. it become buyer have to do their own research to get the correct parts and cannot trust the retail shop
