Finally had a good workout since about a month, decided to whip up dinner for waifu and me. Went cold storage check meats out , Aussie mb4+ beef no discount. Went for grain fed ribeye just slightly cheaper only, but once in a while indulgence is ok, still cheaper than dining @ restoran. Brought out my weapons As I forgot my own recipe, didn't use pink salt and not enough peppercorn. Taste is really below standards as far as seasoning is concerned, but good save by the fresh meat from CS. Next time will share recipe when I get it right. Salad with balsamic vinegar tastes just like in restoran, but note next time won't put salad together with steak. Some of the vinegar spilled onto the steak. Need copy Astons style on the serving part. Decent cutlery from hooga. Well weighted fork and steak knife. Cuts well too. No complaints. Despite the botched attempt, the doneness came out as desired. So enjoyed it after all. Good protein and creatine. Conclusion: Happy Wife Happy Life
