Great for weight loss Meat/Seafood - protein.. Prawns, crabs and lobsters are high in cholesterol, so avoid if you have high cholesterol levels - same for deep fried foods Bread / noodles / potatoes and deep fry foods are refined carbs. Only exception is ramen/soba/udon and bread that are gluten free and won't raise your blood sugars. (depends on method of making bread) Even fruits come in low, medium and high carb based on sugar level. Yogurt is healthy but don't go for low fat. Go full fat / greek yogurt or those without preservatives (pure sour milk)
