    i use a sieve and a cheesecloth for straining..... just like make tofu.... just squeeze the liquid hell outta the cloth.....

    ya ya.... i know.... white poop..... anyway... mine cos i ferment longer... the rice literally became pulp..... there is no more rice grains in the mixture....

    now some ppl will save this for cooking claypot chicken or other cina food... but cos i dun cook much and dunno will be keeping this how long... i just throw it away.....

    white milky deliciousness..... well.... kinda.... now cos of all the stirring i did.... the sediments got mixed up with the liquid..... u can drink it as it is... it will hav a much thicker taste..... if dun like... just wait it out for the sediments to settle down can le.....

    all bottled up with just a bit extra for me to enjoy..... just nice 1 litre.... but dunno can last how long..... 

    extra note: overtime it may turn yellowish... which is normal.... itsa just 'aging' so to speak.... which will give another depth of flavor to it.... 

    ooh... i tot will be colourless one... hows the kick?soild?
