      Prolly on your rest day. U can sit down and rethink positive qualities of yourself.  Sometimes a failed relationship doesnt mean you are a bad bf or a bad candidate it is jus that your girl is not the right one. we can change the way we think to feel / act better even if the situation does not change

      I guess we cant prevent issues frm happening ba. In this world, some of the things we cannot stop from happening. But we can try not to let it affect us badly ?

      I understand where u coming from. I always experience shit like tht. Prolly u can adopt this approach. U keep it neutral, dont be persismistic neither be too overly optimistic. But when shit  happens u will prolly dont get to affected
