is it ok to charge my laptop with a 2A USB charging plug?

I recently bought a laptop and it came with USB-C charging port.

The charging block that came with the laptop was rated 65W, 1.8A.

So I cheekily plug my USB-C mobile phone charging cable with a 2A USB charging plug into the laptop's USB-C slot for power supply.

A pop-up quickly appeared on my screen. It says the charging cable will not be able to supply the laptop during normal use, but it can charge the batteries when the laptop is switched off.

I am wondering if there will be any bad side effects if I frequently charge my laptop with the mobile phone charger when it is not in use (my bedtime).

I'm guessing the optimum charging voltage and current  are not 5V/2A respectively. haven't looked into it, but it could be doing 20V/3.25A = 65W highest instead of 10W.

I don't think it's gonna be catastrophic to let it charge at typical USB 5V, just not as efficient maybe.
