It was originally a light novel. The titles of Japanese lights novels are actually very long, that's why anime names are getting longer.

Watched both, Lv2 kara Cheat datta Motoyuusha Kouho no Mattari Isekai Life has a pretty weak storyline, but ok if you like overpowered isekai.

 

Guild no Uketsukejou desu ga isn't isekai, the main heroine is from the same world, just blessed with a god tier skill. I'm reading the manga, the anime hasn't really come to the part where the god tier skill becomes a common level skill and the real fighting begins, the story picks up towards the back.
