The one by the roadside I ate at the coffeeshop of blk 74 Whampoa Drive before. I recall it is a regular coffeeshop along Whampoa Drive. not sure about eateries inside Jalan Bahagia estate. Really dead that was my impression as well... that was a few years ago, i think 2015+/-. very chuiz "hawker center". half of the shops are closed and the atmosphere is so sleepy. never feel like going there to eat again. there are so many other food choices within that area. @ManOfTheHour can walk there with his wife and baby.
